OZEON LLC offers worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by destination: 2-5 days for domestic US shipments and 7-14 days for international shipments. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We offer multiple shipping options: Standard (5-7 days), Express (2-3 days), and International (7-14 days). Tracking is available for all shipments.
OZEON LLC is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, weather conditions, or third-party issues. We recommend selecting insured shipping for high-value items.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the order upon receipt. Report damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless it is our error or defective product.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the return. Amounts include the product price but exclude shipping and return costs unless due to our error.
If you receive a defective product, contact customer service immediately. We will handle the replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Returns are not accepted for customized, digital products, or services. Products outside their original packaging or showing signs of use are also not accepted.
